Principal

David Gabriel-Jones established The Public Land Consultancy in 2000.

David’s knowledge of public land governance in Victoria derives from 18 years experience in the Department of Sustainablity and Environment, its predecessors and related agencies.

He holds qualifications in Civil Engineering and Public Policy.
